In several steps, interviews and precisely coordinated surveys are conducted.

3. External View

What do the most important stakeholders say and what view does the world have of the organisation? This is where we create the mirror for (self-)critical comparison and, above all, targeted further development.

4. Resonance

We bring the most important internal receptors and key figures together internally with the developed overview and try out initial directions for action together.

5. Concept and Connection

We analyse all of this together and put it into a concept with a hand-and-foot approach. For us, this always means that it can be implemented for precisely this organisation and that it will certainly take it that decisive step further.

6. Realisation

The implementation of a strategy is the supreme discipline - and therefore our favourite.

Nevertheless, we believe in getting an organisation to make the developed concepts their own as quickly as possible and to apply them themselves. Here we always suggest different options.
